Ditthavong, Steiner, & Mlotkowski’s pro bono program focuses on advising litigants at the Court of Federal Claims in activities ranging from intellectual property to employment litigation. Ditthavong, Steiner, & Mlotkowski’s program proves that pro bono programs are not a privilege of just large law firms, but can be applied effectively by boutique firms. Through its pro bono program, Ditthavong, Steiner, & Mlotkowski strives to help litigants navigate the federal court system and to effectively communicate with the Courts and the U.S. Government. Our work benefits disadvantaged individuals, the public at large, and sense of public service. Ditthavong, Steiner, & Mlotkowski’s attorneys and partners have engaged in discovery, preparation and review of legal documents, and dealt with the Court, Agencies, and the Department of Justice in furtherance of litigant`s interest with the same enthusiasm and drive as high paying clients. Whenever Ditthavong, Steiner, & Mlotkowski accepts pro bono projects, a Ditthavong, Steiner, & Mlotkowski partner will be assign to supervise the case in conjunction with the lead associate working the case. Ditthavong, Steiner, & Mlotkowski accepts a pro bono project through the Pro Bono/Attorney Referral Pilot Program in the Court of Federal Claims.
