
Kevin R. Gualano - Associate
Mr. Gualano concentrates his practice in the areas of patent application preparation and prosecution, including appellate practice before the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gualano's legal experience included working as an associate at Oliff & Berridge, PLC prosecuting patent applications in the mechanical, electrical and chemical arts for foreign and domestic companies. Mr. Gualano also served as a patent examiner in the thin film substrate arts with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
While attending law school, Mr. Gualano was a board member and lead articles editor of The John Marshall Review of Intellectual Property Law.
