Anita Pellman Gross - Of Counsel
As an Administrative Patent Judge at the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences, Anita Pellman Gross decided appeals in various technologies, including semiconductors and integrated circuits, video encoding and decoding, computer search engines, data cables and connectors, printers, recording devices, hearing aids, electronic wallets, coupon distribution devices, and vehicle disc brakes. She authored approximately 720 decisions and participated on panels in approximately 1450 other decisions.
Ms. Pellman Gross also served as a Supervisory Patent Examiner, supervising patent examiners in several fields, including Registers, Smart Cards, Barcode Scanners, Electronic Funds Transfers, and X-ray Devices, in addition to working on petitions. As a Primary Patent Examiner, Ms. Pellman Gross demonstrated expertise in the Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) art.
