M. Scott Alprin - Of Counsel

Scott Alprin has expertise in prosecuting trademark applications and maintaining registrations at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. He has experience in handling the representation of both applicants and opposers in opposition proceedings, including all aspects of negotiation and discovery. Mr. Alprin has also prepared licensing agreements.

He is fluent in Japanese and has taught English at five public high schools in Kariya, Japan as a Teaching Assistant.

Mr. Alprin is also a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA).
